Hi !  My name is Renee the CEO and Owner of CLERICAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, LLC. Clerical Business Solutions is a Virtual Assistant Service and Business Consultant Company.

In the process of thinking about what my next career move would be, I made a decision to become the owner of my own company and envisioned myself doing such. I wanted a longlasting career where I could spend more time with my family, help others and make working decisions for myself. I put a lot of thought,  planning, preparation and effort into starting & owning my own company.

I enjoy working for myself, helping others and I knew that Virtual Assisting is the career for me. By providing business services to help others, helps me to succeed in my career. I spent a lot of time working in business &  an office environment by myself, working with others, running and managing an office.

I work from my home office to provide my services. It is an easy working atmosphere, calm and I don’t have to worry about others working around me. I use the Internet, email, phone, fax, postal mail, various courier services {FedEx, UPS,DHL etc…} national & local and instant messenger, to communicate with my clients around the world. By having these devices, gives me a greater ability to work with different people in different areas around the world.

The various types of employment have changed over the past 10 plus years.  Virtual Assisting is rapidly changing the way that people do business. Virtual Assisting will one day replace most in-house employees by handling administrative tasks and other duties. Through my years of experience, I have the ability to offer a wide range of administrative and business services.

Yes, going into business and owning your own business can seem scary at first. It will also be hard. Before making that leap into it, you must have the right mind set, goals, plans, ambitions and attitudes. If you are serious about owning your own business you should have leadership skills, business skills, YOU MUST BE ORGANIZED (or learn how),  know how to sell your services or learn how, know why you are going into business, lots of planning (before & during the operation of your business) and the will to be in it for the long haul. IT’S NOT GOING TO BE EASY !

It is very rewarding for me to help others build their business or projects. My main goal is to help others reach their goals in business and build long term relationships. I don’t just help businesses, I also help individuals. You don’t have to have a business or employees to obtain my services. If you do have employees, I can work along with your current staff or help you find staff for your business.
